01What did Storimatic Studio produce for LECM?+
A library of training videos covering LECM's landscaping and snow and ice management procedures. The lessons were designed as a curriculum, approved by LECM, then filmed on site during real work hours so new hires learn the actual job rather than a studio version of it.
02Why film training on site instead of in a studio?+
Because credibility is what makes training stick. A staged studio version shows a new hire what a procedure looks like. Footage of the real work, at the real hour, in the real conditions, shows them how to do it. For LECM's snow removal that meant filming at 2 and 3 in the morning.
03How does training video save money?+
Seasonal hiring means the same procedures get taught live, over and over, by managers who would rather be running the work. Video captures that know-how once and reuses it forever, so every future crew member learns the same right way without pulling a manager off the job.
04How do you make sure the training is accurate?+
The client approves every procedure before anything is filmed. We design the lessons up front, LECM signs them off, and only then does the camera come out. That order is what keeps a training library correct rather than merely watchable.

Yes. The method is the same whether it is snow removal, landscaping, paving or a shop floor process: map the curriculum, get the procedures approved, then film the real thing at the hour it happens.
